Manager
Sam has worked with Spence Construction across a range of roles, starting out as a labourer after returning from overseas travel. Showing a strong interest in joinery, Sam went on to complete his cabinetry apprenticeship before expanding his skillset into drawing and design through Microvellum. This progression led to his role as Manager of the Spence Joinery Department. Sam later played a key role in establishing the department as its own business, now known as Limitless Joinery.

Engineering Detailer
Sunit joined Limitless Joinery as an Engineering Detailer, bringing over 10 years of experience in the architecture industry. Throughout his career, he developed a strong passion for interior design and technical detailing, leading him into a detailer-focused role. With a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Architecture, Sunit applies his architectural knowledge to produce accurate, well-coordinated drawings that support high-quality joinery and construction outcomes.

Joiner
Tom has worked with Spence Construction since beginning his career through a school-based apprenticeship, driven by a passion for joinery from a young age. Now a qualified joiner with Limitless, Tom finds architectural homes particularly rewarding and enjoys the challenge of complex curves, angles and bespoke timber work. He is one of Limitless Joinery’s success stories, having placed 9th in the World at the WorldSkills Global Competition.

Joiner
Cam began his joinery career through Spence Construction’s school-based apprenticeship program and has since developed a strong appreciation for high-end joinery. He enjoys the challenges that come with detailed and architectural projects and aspires to continue growing and thriving under the Limitless Joinery name.

Steve is an experienced joiner who was drawn to Spence Construction by the diverse range of work on offer, from architectural joinery to detailed timber finishes. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and getting out into nature.

Liam started his career with Spence Construction as a school-based apprentice and has since grown into a skilled joiner within the Limitless team. He takes pride in Limitless Joinery’s ability to exceed client expectations and believes this comes from the team’s creativity and ability to design solutions that suit any space.

Jason has been a joiner from a young age and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Limitless Joinery team. Known for his reliability and willingness to help others, Jason thrives on the variety of work Limitless offers. He enjoys the fact that no two days or projects are the same, while consistently delivering impressive results.

Fraser began his career as a school-based apprentice before transitioning into a full-time role. He is now taking on more complex tasks and finds great satisfaction in seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Charlie joined Limitless as an apprentice and is thoroughly enjoying learning the craft of joinery. He brings a positive attitude and strong enthusiasm to developing his skills within the trade.
