Meet the Team

  • Sam Parker

    Sam has worked for Spence Construction for 9 years. After returning from overseas travel, he started out as a labourer for Spence. Sam showed interest in the joinery field which led him toward completing his cabinetry apprenticeship. Soon after, an opportunity arose to learn the in’s and out’s of drawing program, Microvellum. These new learnings led to Sam’s role as manager of the Spence Joinery Department. In 2023, Sam was involved in turning the department into its own company, known today as Limitless Joinery.

  • Anthony Podnar

    Anthony has been with Spence Construction as a Joinery Estimator for 5 years now. The selling point for Anthony from the beginning was the opportunity to work on high end architectural joinery. Coming from a design background, being able to work with architects and clients on incredible projects is something Anthony has never taken for granted. He believes the quality of workmanship at Spence Joinery now known as Limitless makes for great results and he is proud to be a part of it.

  • Tom Neave

    Tom has worked for Spence Construction for 9.5 years. Tom always wanted to be a joiner from a young age, after completing work experience Tom started a school-based apprenticeship. Now as a Qualified Joiner for Limitless, Tom finds working on architectural houses most rewarding, taking a liking to the out of the ordinary curves, angles, and timber projects. Tom is one of Limitless Joinery’s success stories, placing 9th in the World at the World Skills Global Competition held in Russia in 2019.

  • Callan Seabright

    Callan has worked for Spence Construction for 6 years. Callan started out his joinery career as a school-based apprentice. Callan’s biggest achievement thus far would be successfully completing his apprenticeship. This has allowed him to step up and teach our current apprentices new skills.

  • Cameron Lenehan

    Cam has been with Spence Construction for 5 years now. Cam began his joinery apprenticeship through Spence’s school-based program. Now in his 4th year, Cam has found his love and appreciation for the high-end joinery he gets to work on. Cam aspires to grow and thrive under the Limitless name and will continue to take on any challenges as new opportunities.

  • Steve Rancic

    Steve has been a joiner for 14 years and for 8 of them he has been with Spence Construction. Steve was drawn to Spence by the range of joinery they offer, from architectural work to timber detailing, they have you covered. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters as well as getting out into nature.

  • Liam Cunningham

    Liam Cunningham

    Liam started out with Spence as a school-based apprentice and has now been with Spence for 3 years. After completing year 12 in the covid pandemic, Liam felt he could do anything, going on to win The Gordon’s “Best 2nd Year Apprentice” for 2022. Liam is proud of how Limitless always manage to exceed client expectations which he believes is through their ability to create anything that suits any space.

    Jason Thompson

    Jason has been a joiner with Spence Construction for 7 years. Being a joiner from 16 years of age, Jason has plenty of experience in the industry which has formed him to be a reliable and highly knowledgeable team member for Limitless and one that is willing to do anything and help anyone. The variety of work Limitless does keeps Jason highly engaged and excited to come to work every day. “No day is the same, no project is the same, but the results are always un-imaginable”.
